500 People in 100 Seconds!

500 people holding more than 1,500 (!!!) developed pictures all around Israel, creating a smooth music video within their hands. (Best viewed not on full screen).

This cd is an independent production by maxmaber orkestar, enhanced by the artwork of the artist Jan Sedmak. It is a happy, melancholic and surprising blend of yiddish, balkan and sefardi traditions, with lyrics in triestine dialect and popular songs like "me piasi i bigoli", in a compelling metamorphosis of central european and mediterranean cultures. You will be pushed to dance kolos, polkas, mazurkas and odd-rhythm tangos, up to the final surprise: an electronic remix by Glitch, who took care of the mastering too.
